Please submit your wedding information and deposit here. Upon your date being available, a simple contract for us will be created for us with the information asked here. Please provide as much information as you can. When looking at start times, if you are unsure, please state an approximate time.

There is a deposit of $750 in cash due to officially reserve your date. Your deposit will go towards the package of your choice from above. This form is for reserving your date, however $750 will not be collected at this time but will be due via cash within 2 weeks of your submission date.

No worries :) By paying your non-refundable deposit within 2 weeks, your date will be reserved w/ Bradley Jensen considering that your wedding date is currently available. If you would choose to move your wedding date or need to cancel your wedding date for any reason, your wedding deposit and any other payments paid to BJP may be transferred/used to reserve another wedding date within 3 years of the date that your deposit was originally submitted.
